About ME

My name is Sarah Catherine, a lot of friends call me Cassie for short! Either name works perfectly fine for me! :)

I am a recent college grad with bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. I am currently employed at a News station in my home town, trying to work my way up the totem pole!

I hope to become a reporter/producer/anchor or any one of the three someday soon!

I am a dog lover, an avid crafter, a procrastinator, and huge believer that no dream is too big! (I dream of having a house with a HUGE craft room, that I would never have to clean up!)

I have a very loving boyfriend and a family that supports my crafting habits and actually tells me their honest opinions of the things I dream up.

I am a Phi Sigma Sigma woman who believes that there is no greater gift than sisterhood and true friends. Without my girls, my life would be in a much different place right now and I am thankful everyday for the women who have helped to inspire and develop my life path.

MY idea for a blog has stemmed back to high school when I wanted to create a blog where I could publish short stories that I thought up on the drop of a dime and have 1.000.000 readers in 2 minutes flat.. which would make me famous overnight. Of course, I never actually finished and edited those stories, so the blog never happened.

A few years later here I am still dreaming of having a blog with a million followers. My angle, though, has changed since then quite a bit.

I absolutely adore most of the blogs I see during my time navigating through Pinterest, so now is my chance! I'm going to take a shot at the blog world! What better time than now, right?
